Instant strawberry & basil ice cream

Ingredients
- 1 cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~10 oz)
- 1 ¾ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ¼ oz)
- 1 ¼ tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 cups strawberries (frozen) (~11 oz)
Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries, greek yogurt, honey and basil to a bowl and blend with a hand blender (or use a blender if you have one).
- Blend until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
