Basil strawberries with ricotta

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 oz)
- 7 almonds (~⅓ oz)
- 1 ½ cups strawberries (~8 oz)
- 7 oz ricotta cheese (part skim milk)
- optional: 1 ¼ tbsp balsamic vinegar/modena vinegar (~⅔ oz)
- optional: 2 tsp fresh basil (chopped)
Instructions
- Put ricotta cheese in a bowl and set aside.
- Strawberries: wash, remove stem, and slice. Add to bowl.
- Basil: wash, chop, and add to bowl.
- Chop almonds and add to bowl.
- Drizzle vinegar and honey on top and enjoy!
