Chocolate cinnamon overnight oats

  1. In a small bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, yogurt, honey, water, and vanilla.
  2. Once combined, transfer the mixture to a mason jar or container with a lid and top with mint.
  3. For best results, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top with sliced banana.
  4. Can also be enjoyed immediately!
