Chocolate cinnamon overnight oats

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp honey or agave syrup (~⅓ oz)
- ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat) (~5 oz)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (~¼ oz)
- ½ cups rolled oats (uncooked) (~1 ¾ oz)
- 1 banana (~4 oz)
- 2 ½ tsp fresh mint (chopped)
- optional: ¼ cups water
- optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract
- optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
- optional: 1 ¾ tsp raw cocoa powder (~⅛ oz)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, yogurt, honey, water, and vanilla.
- Once combined, transfer the mixture to a mason jar or container with a lid and top with mint.
- For best results, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top with sliced banana.
- Can also be enjoyed immediately!
