Maple-chia overnight oats

Ingredients
- ¼ cups pumpkin seeds
- ½ banana (~2 oz)
- ¼ cups rolled oats (uncooked) (~1 oz)
- ½ tsp maple syrup (real preferred) (~⅛ oz)
- 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~1 oz)
- 1 ½ tsp chia seeds (~⅛ oz)
- ¼ cups almond milk (~2 oz)
- optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mason jar or small bowl add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup (or other natural sweetener) and stir with a spoon to combine.
- Add oats and stir a few more times.
- For best results: Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours). This may also be eaten immediately.
- Top with banana, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon before eating.
- This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
