Cherry almond "cheesecake"

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ¼ oz)
- 9 almonds (~⅓ oz)
- 8 cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~10 oz)
- optional: 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- optional: 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- optional: 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- If using frozen cherries, allow them to defrost, then chop. If using fresh cherries, remove pit and chop.
- In a bowl, add crushed almonds and cinnamon.
- Mix yogurt with vanilla, lemon, and honey.
- Top almond “crust” with yogurt mixture and cherries. Enjoy!
