Cherry almond "cheesecake"

  1. If using frozen cherries, allow them to defrost, then chop. If using fresh cherries, remove pit and chop.
  2. In a bowl, add crushed almonds and cinnamon.
  3. Mix yogurt with vanilla, lemon, and honey.
  4. Top almond “crust” with yogurt mixture and cherries. Enjoy!
