Salted date & espresso overnight oats

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (oats, chia, cinnamon, salt, coffee powder) together in a large bowl.
  2. Add almond milk and mix again. Put in desired container.
  3. For best results put in the refrigerator, at least 2 hours or overnight. You may also serve right away.
  4. In the meantime, put dates and vanilla in food processor and puree on high. (If you do not have a food processor, finely chop dates). Wash or defrost berries.
  5. Top oats with date mixture, peanuts, and berries and enjoy!
