4-ingredient protein brownies

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ tsp raw cocoa powder (~⅛ oz)
- 3 ½ tbsp protein powder (~1 ¼ oz)
- 1 ⅔ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~1 oz)
- 1 ½ banana (~6 oz)
Instructions
- Tip: Double or triple the amounts to have a snack for several days (it will be easier to bake the brownies with a bigger amount). Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a small baking dish or skillet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Peel and mash bananas.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas and peanut butter, whisk until fully combined. Stir in protein powder and cocoa powder with a wooden spoon. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy or store in fridge for up to 3 days.
