Berry crumble bake

Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat) (~3 ½ oz)
- ¼ cups ground almonds / almond flour (~¾ oz)
- 5 walnuts (~⅔ oz)
- 3 dates (dried and pitted) (~¾ oz)
- 1 ⅓ cups berries, any kind (frozen or fresh) (~9 oz)
- optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
- optional: ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- To make the topping, combine the chopped dates, walnuts, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon (optional) in a food processor or blender and process on high until a crumbly paste forms.
- Place the berries in a baking dish and toss.
- Generously sprinkle the crumb topping over the berries using the entire mixture.
- Cover the top with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake another 10-15 minutes until the fruit is hot and bubbly and the top begins to brown and turn crispy.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool and serve with yogurt.
