Chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ½ oz)
- 1 ⅓ tbsp raw cocoa powder (~½ oz)
- ½ cups water
- ⅓ cups chia seeds (~1 ¼ oz)
- ½ cups cottage cheese (low fat) (~4 oz)
- optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in water until they gel.
- Once the chia seeds absorb the liquid, add all other ingredients (cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder) to a high powered blender. Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
