Peanut butter banana cookies

  1. (Note: Double or triple the amounts to have a snack for several days.) Preheat oven to 350° F (175 ºC).
  2. In a bowl, peel, cut and mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add rolled oats, peanut butter, cinnamon and salt and mix to combine.
  4. Roll, then flatten as many cookies as you can do with the dough and place them on a baking sheet folded with a baking paper.
  5. Bake them at 350° F (175 ºC) for about 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown, as shown.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
