Ingredients
- ⅓ cups rolled oats (uncooked) (~1 ¼ oz)
- 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~1 oz)
- 1 cups non-dairy milk alternative (almond, cashew, soy, ...) (~9 oz)
- 1 orange (~5 oz)
- 1 tbsp protein powder (~⅓ oz)
- optional: ⅓ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy served in a glass.
