Lemon and spinach smoothie

Ingredients
- ¾ cups spinach leaves (raw) (~¾ oz)
- 1 banana (~4 oz)
- 1 lemon (~2 oz)
- ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~5 oz)
- 1 cups milk (skim milk) (~8 oz)
- 1 ¼ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~¾ oz)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the spinach leaves, peel and cut the banana, squeeze the lemon juice and add all the rest of the ingredients to the mixer.
- Blend it until smooth, and enjoy your meal!
