Overnight chia & oats pudding

  1. Put all the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl or glass and mix in the chia seeds.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. If you do not have time, you can also eat right away.
