Avocado feta dip with carrot & celery

Ingredients
- 2 ¾ oz feta cheese
- ½ avocado (~3 ½ oz)
- 3 carrot (~6 oz)
- 3 celery (stalk) (~4 oz)
- optional: a tiny bit of salt
- optional: ¾ tsp black pepper
- optional: 2 ½ tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- optional: 1 spring onion (~1 oz)
- optional: 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cut carrot into sticks. Wash and remove leaves from celery and cut into sticks. Set on a plate.
- Wash and chop spring onions. Peel, remove pit, and chop avocado. Wash parsley.
- Add avocado, feta cheese, lemon juice, spring onion, parsley, salt and pepper to food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
- Serve dip with carrot and celery sticks.
