Baked peach with ricotta

Ingredients
- 5 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 peach (~6 oz)
- 6 walnuts (~¾ oz)
- optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven on high heat (400 °F / 200 °C).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut peaches and place them on the baking tray, cut side up.
- Mix ricotta and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Bake peaches for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into peach cavities.
- Top peaches with chopped walnuts.
