Berry oatmeal bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ground almonds with rolled oats, protein powder, baking soda and salt (a blender works well here).
  3. In another bowl, mix applesauce, honey or agave and vanilla. Combine both mixes.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into muffin tins or a baking form. Distribute the berries on top, then add the remaining mix.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
