Ingredients
- ¼ cups strawberries (~1 ¼ oz)
- ½ banana (~2 oz)
- 1 tsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~¼ oz)
- 1 ½ tsp raw cocoa powder (~⅛ oz)
- 1 ¼ cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat) (~13 oz)
- optional: 2 tsp protein powder (~¼ oz)
Instructions
- Wash and remove stems of strawberries. Peel banana.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
