Feta, tomato & basil crackers

  1. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and chop garlic. Wash and chop basil. Add salt, pepper, and oil and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the feta cheese and microwave for one minute (Heating optional. Can be served hot or cold).
  3. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
