White bean rosemary dip

Ingredients
- 1 celery (stalk) (~1 ½ oz)
- 5 whole grain crackers (no added sugar) (~¾ oz)
- 2 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- ½ garlic clove (~⅛ oz)
- 1 ¼ cups white beans/cannellini beans (canned and drained) (~11 oz)
- optional: ½ tsp black pepper
- optional: a tiny bit of salt
- optional: 1 ¾ tsp rosemary (fresh)
- optional: 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash rosemary and remove stem. Peel and chop garlic.
- Add all ingredients (white beans, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt) into a food processor, or blender and blend it up.
- Add extra water if needed to obtain desired consistency.
- Serve with crackers and washed celery and top with extra rosemary if desired.
