Lemon and spinach smoothie

- 30 g spinach leaves (raw)
- 1 ½ banana (~175 g)
- 1 lemon (~50 g)
- 225 g Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat)
- 300 ml milk (skim milk) (~300 g)
- 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~30 g)
- Wash and cut the spinach leaves, peel and cut the banana, squeeze the lemon juice and add all the rest of the ingredients to the mixer.
