Fried eggs & veggies
10 minutes, 300 calories, 1 serving
- 2 tomatoes (~200 g)
- 1 carrot (~50 g)
- 2 whole eggs (~100 g)
- 2 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- optional: a tiny bit of black pepper
- optional: a tiny bit of salt
- Wash and then chop the vegetables. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Fry the egg(s) in the pan for around 3 minutes or until ready.
- Combine egg(s) and vegetables in a dish and enjoy.
