Avocado & tomato on bread

Ingredients
- 1 whole grain bread slice(s), 100% whole grain (~40 g)
- 8 peanuts (~10 g)
- 1 tomatoes (~100 g)
- ΒΌ avocado (~50 g)
- optional: a tiny bit of salt
- optional: a tiny bit of black pepper
Instructions
- Toast the bread if desired.
- Peel, remove pit, and mash the avocado. Mix with salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado on bread.
- Wash and slice the tomato and place it on top of the avocado.
- Sprinkle peanuts on top or serve to the side.
