Avocado & tomato on bread

5 minutes, 284 calories, 1 serving



  1. Toast the bread if desired.
  2. Peel, remove pit, and mash the avocado. Mix with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the avocado on bread.
  4. Wash and slice the tomato and place it on top of the avocado.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts on top or serve to the side.
  6. Enjoy! Tip: Use extra avocado for other recipes this week.
